Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic please be mindful that shipping estimates and times are extended worldwide. Rest assured we, along with all of our shippers and suppliers, are working hard to get your items delivered to you as soon as possible.
All of our products are shipped in plain mylar mailers or cardboard boxes, with no identifying markings.
If a package has external markings, they will be obfuscated prior to shipment.
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse location in Boston MA.
Items not stocked in our warehouse will ship from our partner network, or direct from our suppliers across the US and worldwide.
Most orders are shipped within two to five business days. Business days do not include weekends & holidays. Depending on item availability, and the location they are shipping from, processing times will vary.
T-Shirts and other custom printed items may have longer processing times, up to ten days, especially during peak times and holidays.
Unlike Amazon, we are a small company with limited hands to ship out orders. Please rest assured we are working hard to get your items out in a timely fashion.
Shipping times will vary based on a combination of location, shipping method, and other factors. Depending on where you live in the US, expect your package within two to ten days after shipment.

Out of Stock Items
We will email you in the event an item is out of stock to see if you want us to cancel the order and your money will be refunded or do a partial shipment. If it is an item that we can restock, we will email you and let you know approximately how long it will be to restock the item. All refunds will happen within 3 business days.
Shipping rates vary, based on a combination of location, weight, size, and a small handling fee, as calculated by our shipping carriers, currently DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We default to the shipping method you select at checkout, unless an alternate carrier is faster or cheaper. Shipping overcharges will be refunded as applicable.

Unless otherwise noted, we currently only ship to the United States.
For International shipments (including Canada), we are not responsible for any duty fees, custom fees, or other charges. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a link to track your package.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. You assume all responsibilities of claims made with the carrier.
