If you want an ABDL diaper that’s soft and breathable you can’t go wrong with a cloth-backed adult diaper. Cloth-backed diapers tend to be a bit cooler than plastic-backed, so they’re a great choice for the summer, or all year round in hotter climates. The NRU Playdayz diapers are an excellent example of cloth-backed ABDL diapers.

We highly recommend that you purchase a sample pack for any new diaper you want to try, to ensure you’ll be comfortable wearing them.

3. Size & Fit

Crinklz Astronaut Adult Diapers

Adult baby diapers come in a variety of sizes and cuts. Selecting the right size and cut diaper will determine how comfortable you are while wearing them. Since most of the ABDL diapers we have include an elastic waist, it’s safe to go down a smaller size if you’re looking a snugger fit. We also highly recommend ordering a two-diaper sample pack if it’s the first time you’re trying a new brand or style, to avoid wasting a lot of money on a whole pack or case.

Interior of a Rearz Princess Pink Adult Diaper

ABDL diapers have a wide range of ability to absorb liquids, similar to traditional adult diapers, and baby diapers. Diaper absorbency is usually measured in milliliters, or ml for short. For reference, the average adult releases about 237ml when they urinate. Keep in mind that these measurements are the maximum capacity as measured in laboratory testing, and real-world conditions will vary significantly.
