Below are our shipping policies. Once you place your order, you are agreeing to these shipping terms.
Where are orders shipped from?
Most of our orders are shipped from our warehouse location in Boston MA. Occasionally, items not in stock will ship direct from our suppliers across the US and the UK.
How long will my order take to ship?
All orders will be shipped within two to five business days, (that does not include Saturday and Sunday) depending on availability. We are a small operation, but we will do our best to get your items as soon as possible. Shipping times will vary based on a combination of warehouse and customer location. Depending on where you live in the US, expect your package within 3-10 days after shipment.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If you order an item that is currently out of stock we will email you to see if you want us to cancel the order and your money will be refunded or do a partial shipment. If it is an item that we can restock, we will email you and let you know approximately how long it will be to restock the item. All refunds will happen within 3 business days.
How can I track my package?
You will receive an email when your package ships that has a link to where you can track your package.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary, based on a combination of location, weight, size, and a small handling fee, as calculated by our shipping carriers (currently USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Home Delivery). We default to the shipping method you select at checkout, unless an alternate carrier is faster or cheaper. Shipping overcharges will be refunded as applicable.
Is shipping discreet? What does it look like?
All of our products are shipped in plain mylar mailers or cardboard boxes, with no identifying markings.
Some items, like select cases from The Dotty Diaper Company, do have external markings, but these will be covered over before shipment (unless otherwise requested).
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently shipping orders to the Continental United States only, but expect this to change soon! Feel free to e-mail or chat us with any other inquiries.
